Meet the Founders

The people behind PushNotice

PushNotice was built to help businesses improve customer retention through digital wallets — issuing loyalty, membership, and reminder cards to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, rather than relying solely on email and SMS. Meet the founders building it.

Founder & CEO

Sajid Ali is the founder and CEO of PushNotice, where he leads the company’s category strategy and brand voice around wallet marketing. His focus is on helping businesses grow through wallet-based communication — using Apple Wallet and Google Wallet to build lasting customer relationships instead of depending on email and SMS alone.

He works on defining how digital loyalty and membership cards can replace plastic cards and disconnected reminders, shaping PushNotice into a platform for durable, first-party customer engagement.

Our Story

Why we built PushNotice

Most businesses reach their customers the same two ways: email and SMS. Both worked well once. But email increasingly lands in promotions tabs or goes unread, and unsubscribe rates climb the more you send. SMS is direct, but it costs money per message and can feel intrusive when overused. Neither gives a business a lasting presence on the one device the customer always has with them.

Mobile wallets are different. A pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is saved once and stays — it doesn’t expire in an inbox, it can be updated remotely, and it can send a notification to the lock screen without a per-message cost. It turns a one-time interaction into an ongoing relationship the business actually owns.

PushNotice was built on that idea: give any business — a restaurant, a clinic, a salon — a simple way to issue loyalty, membership, and reminder cards to the wallet already on every customer’s phone. No app to install. No plastic to print. Just a durable, branded channel for retention. That’s the future of wallet marketing we’re working toward.

Our Mission

Helping businesses keep the customers they earn

Increase retention, reduce churn

Give businesses a channel that brings customers back on rhythm, instead of watching them drift after a single visit.

Replace plastic loyalty cards

Move loyalty and membership onto the phone, where cards can’t be lost and update themselves.

Modernize customer engagement

Shift from disconnected email and SMS blasts to a single, branded wallet presence.

Make Apple & Google Wallet accessible

Let any business issue native wallet passes from one dashboard, without technical overhead.

Our Philosophy

How we think about customer relationships

Customer-first marketing

Communication should be useful to the customer first — a helpful reminder or a genuine reward, not noise.

Permission-based engagement

A saved wallet pass is an opt-in. Respecting that consent is what keeps the channel valuable over time.

Long-term relationships

Retention beats acquisition. The goal is the tenth visit, not just the first.

First-party ownership

As third-party tracking fades, businesses need channels they own. A wallet pass is exactly that.
