• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your full card details.

4. Payment Processing — Paddle

All payments on PushNotice are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

When you make a purchase, you are also agreeing to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Paddle may collect and process your name, email address, billing address, and payment card information. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Paddle: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Supabase: For authentication and database hosting.
• Apple / Google: Push notification tokens are used to deliver wallet pass notifications via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google Wallet API.
• Vercel: For cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• Law Enforcement: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
